Swagman Bicycle Carriers 64625 Review: Swagman XC Cross-Country 2-Bike Hitch Mount Rack (1.25-Inch Receiver). I purchased the Swagman XC bike rack to hitch mount on a Toyota Prius. The rack arrived requiring only a few minutes of tool-free assembly. The 1.25 inch bar inserted into the hitch receiver without difficulty, and was pegged securely in place with the included hitch pin. The rack adjusted easily to accomodate one standard and one 29" mountain bike, though a slight modification was needed to mount the 29" bike [It is so big that I had to file a few grooves into the vertical post ...
