Windline FDL-4B Review: Windline FDL-4B Marine Removable Folding Pontoon Boat Ladder with 4 Plastic Steps. This swim ladder installs easily -- as long as you consider it easy to drill two 1.5-inch holes in the deck of your pontoon boat to install the mounting cups. The mounting cups are very low profile though, so they fit perfectly under the side gate of my boat, which is great. The ladder folds and stows easily too.
